Multi-purpose

HARDI mistblowers lets you spray without compromise – all your different crops. Whatever you grow – from small bushes to large tree plantations.

Robust and simplicity

Benefit from the expertise gained with HARDI’s many years of worldwide experience in orchard spraying. Everything from tank design and built to the latest electronic control systems is reflected in our sprayers.

OPTIMUS

The OP15 as well as OP35 and OP55 are same application technology in the entire OPTIMUS application family. It is based on the same spraying devide in hydro pneumatic as well as in pneumatic applications. The main difference between OP15, OP35 and OP55 is the air supply drop leg that drives the droplet to the targeted plant.

Features may include:

Vinesprayers

LINER boom

The LINER boom family is the lightest in structure as well as the narrowest booms in the HARDI vine boom range. The FIX version is never wider than your tank of the sprayer.

ATLAS boom

Easy to adjust and operate and low maintenance costs. Setting up the ATLAS boom and spraying spouts is very intuitive. No special tools nor long explanations are needed.

BOXER boom

This boom has horizontal telescopic actions. Telescoping to the desired row width, the boom ensure that most vine spraying needs can be met.

Rail

CRONOS RAIL

The Optimus application system is as well offered to horticulture, strawberries, salads etc.

It is a mistblower for low or row crops.

OP35 mounted on hydraulic boom CRONOS RAIL, where side ways adjustment of the spout easily is done to set op the sprayers for the exact row distance.

CANNON

The HARDI CANNON adapts to any crop type, providing optimum air distribution and maximum air volume. The individual combinations of the six different spouts and the two turbines provide the versatility and power in today’s farming.

Different cannons according to the farmer's needs

All nozzles can be installed on the Zenit range of mounted sprayers as well as on the Zaturn trailed sprayers.

Depending on the cannon you can treat

  • Nuts, avocados and other tall trees inc. urban trees (T-cannon)
  • Spruce, berry bushes, vines and low density crops (M-cannon)
  • Tall crops, such as bananas (canyon J)
Diaphragm pumps

At the heart of a HARDI sprayer sits the robust and easy-to-service pump that HARDI is so well known for. The invention of this pump constituted the foundation upon which HARDI was founded more than 60 years ago. HARDI was the first to use diaphragms to separate the liquid from bearings, crankshaft and other vital pump parts, thereby allowing the pump to run dry without damage. In addition, this pump distinguished itself by being operated directly from the tractor’s PTO shaft.

Self-priming

The pump is self-priming and will be able to prime the filling and spraying system.

Open crankcase

The HARDI diaphragm pump is grease lubricated and has an open crankcase. If a diaphragm fails fluid is able to run out of the crankcase, avoiding costly repairs to shafts and bearing and downtime.
